Christchurch’s Flying Geckos Climbing Club hosted the Climbing NZ National Lead Climbing Championships at their home base, the YMCA Climbing Centre.

With an awesomely challenging series of routes for each of 6-7 divisions, it was a full weekend, with plenty of supporters enjoying the atmosphere, food, DJ, etc.
